Prepaid Subscribers now have 3 easy ways to check their balance!

Via Call

· Dial 222 then press call.
· A voice recording will inform you that you will receive your balance through
SMS/text message.
· You will receive an SMS/text message with your balance and free text.

Charge: Php 1.00 per inquiry.

Via Text/SMS

· Text BAL send to 222.
· You will receive a TEXT Message with your balance and free text.

Free of Charge

Via My Account on www.globe.com.ph

· Register your e-mail address at www.globe.com.ph or login with an existing account
· Access My Account on the top right corner
· Enroll your Globe account by selecting "Add New Account"
· The webpage will refresh and your Prepaid account will appear on the My Accounts list
· Select "View Account" on GHP Prepaid and the page will show you your remaining balance
