To check your balance, use the shortcut command by dialing *221# then press SEND.

Reloading:

To re-load your account via Sun prepaid card, call 220 or dial *220# followed by the 9-digit call card number and the 5-digit call card PIN then the # sign. Make sure there are no spaces between the characters. Press SEND.

To load via Sun Xpressload, visit the nearest retailer or The Sun Shop. Choose from the available different load variations.

Load Conversion:

Regular load may be converted anytime to Sun’s special and varied loads, anytime.

Prepaid Subscribers now have 3 easy ways to check their balance!

Via Call

· Dial 222 then press call.
· A voice recording will inform you that you will receive your balance through
SMS/text message.
· You will receive an SMS/text message with your balance and free text.

Charge: Php 1.00 per inquiry.

Via Text/SMS

· Text BAL send to 222.
· You will receive a TEXT Message with your balance and free text.

Free of Charge

Via My Account on www.globe.com.ph

· Register your e-mail address at www.globe.com.ph or login with an existing account
· Access My Account on the top right corner
· Enroll your Globe account by selecting "Add New Account"
· The webpage will refresh and your Prepaid account will appear on the My Accounts list
· Select "View Account" on GHP Prepaid and the page will show you your remaining balance

Charge: Php 1.00 per inquiry.

Using your SMART SIM, go to SMART MENU>Buddy Balance to receive your balance information via text.
Text ?1515 to 214.
Log-on to my.Smart to regularly check your balance online. Registration and linking of account are needed.
Dial our toll free number *888 using your cellphone or (02) 888-1111 via landline and follow the voice prompt for balance inquiry.
Dial 1515 using your cellphone and you will receive your balance details via SMS (P1/inquiry).

For Talk 'N Text subscribers

Using your Talk 'N Text SIM, go to TALK N TEXT MENU>Balance Inquiry to receive your balance information via text.
Text ?15001 to 214.
